Chris Berger received a well-earned promotion from Managing Senior to Principal. Chris has taken on increased responsibilities as a project manager and technical lead on key ecological and biological regulatory projects. In addition to managing large and complex projects, Chris also is a very effective leader and mentor for Confluence staff.

Kerrie McArthur
Kerrie McArthur was promoted from Senior to Managing Senior. A certified wetlands, fisheries, and restoration professional, Kerrie applies her wide-ranging expertise on an impressive portfolio of project types, from private developments to major transit and infrastructure projects. Moreover, she is very well-regarded by her clients for the high level of service and attention she provides.

Natalie Dietsch
Natalie Dietsch was promoted after just 18 months from Project I to Project II, reflecting her fast-paced growth in technical skills and field expertise. We appreciate Natalie for her can-do attitude and her dedication to high-quality deliverables.
