Lisa brings years of experience preparing environmental documents including State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA)/National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) impact statements, checklists and assessments, and a wide variety of environmental permit applications. She specializes in the environmental documentation and permitting associated with linear projects crossing multiple jurisdictional boundaries and has worked on a variety of complex federal, state and local environmental regulations, permitting issues, and regulatory processes. Lisa excels at guiding her clients in obtaining U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Section 10 and 404 permits, USACE 408 approvals, 401 Water Quality Certifications, Hydraulic Project Approvals, Shoreline Permits, and Conditional Use Permits.
