Confluence Ecologist Chris Berger received a well-earned promotion from Managing Senior to Principal. Chris has taken on increased responsibilities as a project manager and technical lead on key ecological and biological regulatory projects. In addition to managing large and complex projects, Chris also is a very effective leader and mentor for Confluence staff. In addition, Natalie Dietsch was promoted after just 18 months from Project I to Project II, reflecting her fast-paced growth in technical skills and field expertise.
