Mike has over 30 of experience as an environmental professional, with a focus on complex environmental permitting design and strategy. He has expertise in land use law, land development, environmental policy, vesting, critical areas mitigation requirements, water resources, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), and the Growth Management Act (GMA). In addition, he is skilled in public process activities and community interaction. Mike conducts due diligence, providing pre-purchase assessments to determine permitting risks and schedule and budget uncertainties. Once a project is underway, he develops permitting strategy and provides representation to regulators and stakeholders. Mike stays at the forefront of technological advancements for future-oriented project management. He excels at crafting detailed schedules, budgets, and comprehensive documentation strategies, and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
